Our Lamb
We have great steaks, but we are lucky enough to have access to the best lamb in Brisbane. The Ship Inn is proud to exclusively present Corish Lamb, grain fed to provide consistency and a wonderful wholesome taste.
Each day, the Ship Inn provides at least 4 special lamb dishes. The lambs are hand picked at the farm South West of Goondiwindi on the Queensland / New South Wales border and transported direct to the Ship Inn.
Our head chefs love the challenge and each day choose the freshest ingredients to compliment our cuts of lamb for the day, meaning a new surprise is always just around the corner.
